I came across an Australian web tree for Grants from "Thurles, Tipperary" who had migrated to Australia. The format of the trees leads me to think that the information comes from LDS information. It is difficult to be certain if "Thurles" is the parish of Thurles, or that Thurles was the nearest big town. Without more information, one cannot say if this is a branch settled in Thurles, or part of Moyne or Moyalffe trees. I have pulled together the list of Tipperary Grants who emigrated to Australia. And they appear to be mainly come from the Moyaliffe group.
