This is a subdenomination of Cloneyharp, and described by the lease as part of the lands of Knockinroe. The rent here stated is as abated and includes Tithe Rentcharge.

Part of this holding is, by the Ordnance Survey included with the Townland of Lisheen, and part with the Townland of Knockaderry, but both are subdenominations of Cloneyharp.

Gleeson, Rep of Mary Gleeson 41 3 49 26 3 5 By lease dated March 28th, 1818, from Richard pennefather to Mary Gleeson for three lives, all still living, viz; Thomas Gleeson and James Gleeson eldest and third sons of said lessee, and James Grant, second son of James Grant of Cloneyharp, then aged about two years, (and now in America.)The rent is an abated one and includes Rentcharge.
  Garranmore William Ryan & Bridget Ryan, Reps. of Thos. & Wm. Ryan 68 1 39 45 3 7 By lease dated June 6th, 1829 from Richard Pennefather , to Thomas Ryan and William Ryan, for three lives, two of which are still living, viz: William Ryan first son of said William Ryan, one of the lessees, then aged about thirteen years, and James Grant (now in America) second son of James Grant then of Lisheen. This lease contains a covenant on the part of the lessee, to pay tithe in addition to rent reserved by said lease, notwithstanding act of 4th Geo. IV. cap 99. The rent here stated includes Tithe Rentcharge.

I have no idea yet what or exactly who, Prince Grant was. From Michelle on GenesReunited I got:-

The information I have on him has come from someone else on this site (Helena Thomas). I now know his middle name was Crawford and he was born in Co Tipperary. He enlisted in Dublin 14th Light dragoons in 1819. He went to india in 1841 with his wife Kezia Griffiths (md 18/4/1831 in Old Swinford Worcs). He then ran his own saddlery business in Bombay once he left the army. He died 28.02.1872 in Bombay, India. They had 6 children:
