Ellin Hughes was born in 1811 and consistently gives her birthplace as Llanddeiniolen. She marries Robert Thomas at Llanllyfni in 1834, and they raise a family at Llanddeiniolen between 1835 and 1849. Her husband dies soon after this while only in his 40s. Ellen lives on another 20 years, becoming a charwoman in later years to make ends meet.
Ellen Hughes was born circa 1811 in the parish of Llanddeiniolen. IGI only runs from 1813 for this parish, so it would be back to Carnarvon Record Office to get back further as they hold the parish registers from 1535.
Elinor married Robert Thomas around 1833 (before the records began) There is an IGS record of 11 April 1834 at Llanllyfni of Robert Thomas to Ellin Hughes which is probably the marriage. The censuses and IGI give the children, and the details are covered under her husband Robert.
The family are living in the parish of Llanddeiniolenn in the 1841 census, 1851 census. Her husband Robert dies before the next census in 1861
